Welcome to the City of Quincy also known as the City of Presidents was first settled in 1625 by traders and founded as a town in 1792 then was later incorporated as a city in 1888.

Some of the famous residents include John Hancock one of the most famous signatures in American history and John Adams and his son John Quincy Adams who both became president of the United States. The Adams family home still to this day stands in its orchard garden in Quincy and attracts visitors from all over.

Some of the many tourist attractions include the Ship Building Museum, the Quincy Symphony Orchestra as well as the Boston Harbor tours and the John Quincy Adams House - a National Historic Landmark to name just a few.
